Will you be able to help me?

I have successfully worked with adults and adolescents (16+) facing a range of difficulties, it’s something we can discuss in our initial session. If we feel there isn’t a fit I’ll try and suggest another counsellor or service that may be more suitable.

How long does it take to feel better?

You’re an individual and although other people may have faced similar difficulties before it’s different for everyone. We can talk about what might work for you in our initial meeting.

How much will it cost?

I charge £60 per 50 minute session.

Where will we meet?

I work from a comfortable, dedicated counselling room in the centre of Northampton opposite All Saints Church close Lloyds bank and also in Market Harborough close to Sainsburys.  I also offer onlines sessions over Zoom

How do I move things forward?

We can first speak on the phone to set up an meeting where I can begin to understand what you’re trying to deal with and you can see what it might be like for us to work together.
